Who we are
Scalatris is a venture of SAFEWAY SOLUTIONS LLP. SAFEWAY SOLUTIONS LLP is registered in India (LLPIN ACY-3403, GSTIN 27AFYFS3551H1ZC). In these terms, "we" means SAFEWAY SOLUTIONS LLP and "you" means the person or business using Scalatris. By signing in, you agree to these terms.
Who can use Scalatris
You must be 18 or older. If you use Scalatris for a business, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.
Your account
You sign in with a code sent to your email. Keep that inbox secure: anyone who can read it can sign in as you. Tell us at once at hello@scalatris.com if you think someone else has.
What you pay for
Paid access to a specialist lasts 30 days from the moment your payment is confirmed. It does not renew by itself, and we never charge you automatically. To continue, you pay again; paying early adds the new 30 days to the end of your current access. Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. See Pricing.
When access ends
After a paid period ends, you keep full access for 7 more days (the grace period). After that your workspace is read-only: your drafts stay readable, but the specialist stops working until you pay again or use an access code.
Access codes
A code gives access for the days it states and ends exactly on its end date, with no grace period. You can't redeem a code while you already have access, and each person can use a given code once. Codes have no cash value.
Refunds
You get a full refund if you ask within 7 days of paying and the specialist has not produced a draft. See Refunds.
Your content and approvals
You own what you give a specialist and the drafts it writes for you. We use your content only to provide the service to you, and we never use it to train AI models. Drafts are suggestions written with AI: check them before you use them. Nothing is sent or posted for you without your approval of the exact text, and you are responsible for what you publish.
Fair use
Don't use Scalatris to break the law, to harm or deceive others, or to attack or overload the service. We may suspend an account that does, and we will tell you why.
The service
We work to keep Scalatris running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. We may improve or change features; if a change takes away something you paid for, we will tell you first.
Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the access period in which the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or business. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.
Closing your account
You can stop using Scalatris at any time. To delete your account and data, write to hello@scalatris.com; we erase it within 30 days, as the Privacy policy explains.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters to you, we will email you before the change takes effect. The version and date at the top of this page show which terms apply.
Law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Nashik, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
