Refunds and cancellation

Delivery

Scalatris is an online service. Nothing is shipped. Your access starts as soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within a minute, and your GST tax invoice is ready under Billing at the same time.

Cancellation

Access is a one-time payment for 30 days. It never renews by itself, so there is nothing to cancel: if you don't pay again, your access ends at the end of the period and the grace period.

Full refund within 7 days

If you ask within 7 days of paying and the specialist has not produced a draft for you in that period, we refund the full amount. Write to hello@scalatris.com from the email you sign in with.

After 7 days, or once a draft has been produced, that period is not refundable. You keep access until it ends.

Paid twice by mistake

If the same order is charged twice, we refund the extra payment in full. Write to hello@scalatris.com if you spot one before we do.

How refunds work

We refund through Razorpay to the card, UPI account or bank you paid from. Banks usually show it within 5 to 7 working days. A refund ends the access it paid for, and we issue a GST credit note against your invoice.

Access codes

Access from a code is free, so there is nothing to refund.
